Payment and Insurance

As an Endodontic Practice, we usually see a patient for treatment only a few times. We don't typically have the kind of long term, ongoing relationship that general practice dentists have with their patients. Therefore, we respectfully request that payment be made at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept payment in cash, check and bankcard (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) and Care Credit which offers No Interest Payment Plans (6, 12, 18, or 24 Months).

As a courtesy, we will be happy to submit your insurance claim, so your insurance company can reimburse you directly. We file electronically, so that your claim will be processed as quickly as possible. Please be aware that insurance companies will not reveal to us the exact amount of coverage, as this is an agreement between your employer and the insurance company. For your convenience, we have included a form which you may download from the Forms page of our website.
